Masquerade
Fundraising’s Refund/Return Policy
We inspect all jewelry and package it well before shipping
to avoid damage. However, we realize
things happen along the way and items may arrive damaged or perhaps the wrong
part was shipped or you might just not like the color or size. No worries!
You have 15 days from receipt of product to request a refund if
applicable.
IMPORTANT!
No refunds or returns will be
accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. Instructions for requesting an RMA Number can
be found below.
Due to health codes Masquerade is
unable to accept returns on earrings or face masks, unless the product is
broken/defective or wrong part number shipped.
If the product is broken/defective or wrong part number
shipped, you may request an RMA Number and, if granted, Masquerade will pay the
return postage. Masquerade may ask for
you to email pictures of the broken/defective/wrong part number shipped item/s
prior to granting an RMA Number. You
will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received,
inspected and processed for a refund.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method within
approximately 15 days of receipt. No
credit will be given for original shipping costs.
If the product is just not to your liking, you may request
an RMA Number, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Should an
RMA Number be granted, you will need to ship the product back to Masquerade at
the following address.

Please ensure that the
RMA Number is visible on the package. We recommend that you ship the items with
a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number to ensure delivery.

To Request An RMA Number
To request an RMA
Number, go to store.masqueradefundraising.com, scroll down to the bottom of the
page and click “Returns” under the Customer Service heading. Complete the required information and click
on the “Submit” button.
